Our first street shoot will be on Wednesday 28th October (2-5pm) in Central London.
We will be working our way around three of the busiest locations in Central London. People are very used to seeing tourists and photographers in all of these locations, so you shouldn't feel self conscious as we move around and take our images. Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are very close to each other, so we will have a relaxed walk with plenty of time to photograph. There will be many people around if you want to photograph people with iconic backdrops, but there are a variety of other options if you want to shoot other things.
I will be on hand throughout to guide you through each location and to help with any technical or artistic questions you may have. What you photograph is up to you, although a street photography challenge will be provided if you would like some direction.
After the event we would welcome seeing your favourite images and we hope you will be comfortable sharing them with us.
As this is our first street photography shoot we will not be making a charge to join us. Places are limited to just 5 participants (due to Coronavirus).
If you would like to attend, please sign up on the events page or send me an email at email@example.com and request a ticket for the "London photo walk : 28th October 2020". I will send you a confirmation email and joining instructions.
The photowalk takes place on 28th October 2020 at 2:00pm and ends at 5:00 in Central London starting at Trafalgar Square and ending at Piccadilly Circus.
We will operate under Coronavirus rules and will ask that you wear masks during group discussions. We will of course operate at suitable social distances throughout.
I look forward to seeing you on this, or another future, shoot
