Peter & London street photography
Peter Merry was born in London and has lived in an around the city for all of his life. He has been a photographer since an early age and has been involved in street photography in London for over 10 years. He was a photography tutor at the Guildford Institute for a number of years and is a popular photography speaker and photographic judge in London and throughout the United Kingdom. Peter's photography has been featured in a number of solo and group exhibitions.
LondonStreet.photography was launched in 2023 to bring together a number of street photography activities that Peter was involved in.
These included running photowalks, custom workshops and tailored photography guide services for visitors and locals alike. Peter's enthusiasm for photography, love of London (and it's photographic possibilities) and knowledge of great locations all add up to a winning combination to help you get the best from your photography time in London.
Peter's approach to street photography is wide ranging and inclusive; he believes that street photography should continue to evolve and grow rather than be constrained by rigid definitions of how it should be done!
